Our Operations Director, Phil Smith, built up his unique knowledge and experience of security issues, during the latter part of his military career. He served in two specialist intelligence units that operated in covert surveillance and human source-handling roles in a hostile environment.

This hands-on experience in surveillance, investigations and close protection has enabled him to successfully handle scores of high risk and high profile security operations worldwide.

Graham Freeman, our Managing and Business Development Director, also served in the armed forces and undertook Special Forces training. This experience, coupled with his expertise in the private security industry, has given him a deep understanding of clients’ security needs.

He has the business acumen to meet with and discuss the clients’ requirements and, in collusion with our operational wing, formulate a precise and defined strategy to fulfil those requirements.

Anthony Cooke: Associate Director of our Executive Services division.
Anthony spent over 14 years in the London Fire Brigade and gained considerable experience in logistics and transportation solutions. He directs operations between our clients and service providers.

Raymond Byrne: Middle East Consultant of our Executive Services division.
Ray has lived and worked extensively in the Middle East for the past 25 years where he has built an enviable contact base. Coupled with his expertise in project management in a large variety of arenas, he has the expertise to liaise with our Middle Eastern clients and provide the unique services that we offer.
